…is that I saw a really interesting article last week about the effects of pushing the body hard when exercising and now I can’t remember where I saw it. Maybe Facebook, Twitter or Google+ . I’m on all three and I check them out most days. Most days I even see something that I find useful or interesting – like the article I mention above. I’ve had a look through recent posts and shares and tweets but didn’t think to take down the details or bookmark it and now I may never find it again.
Any suggestions? People keep telling me about Pinterest. Would that have helped?
