Changes to classes on Bank Holiday Monda – see below.

Regular Nia Classes

Nia classes last an hour. Wear something comfortable that allows you to move and bring some water. Classes are usually done barefoot, but if you need to keep your shoes on, please don’t let this stop you giving Nia a try.

“The Healing Intent” workshop with Matthew Manning, Patron of the Healing Trust, Newcastle Civic Centre, Saturday 23 September 2017

“I believe that we can all learn to develop our healing abilities and my workshop is for other therapists, experienced healers – or novices!
I’ll be leading you through various exercises to allow you to personally experience both internal and external energies, and how these dramatically change with your own healing intent. You’ll get a chance to work with me in small groups and meditative exercises. There’ll also be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

‘The Healing Intent’ workshop will provide you with insight, inspiration and grounded information whether you want to improve your own health and quality of life or that of others. – Matthew Manning

“Healing Circles”, Sunday 24 September 2017, Newcastle Civic Centre

During a Healing Circle recipients … sit in a linked circle.
While Matthew moves around the circle you will be receiving Healing for the
whole duration of the Healing Circle, not just when Matthew comes to you. Such is the nature of Healing Energies and the power of Intent.”
