It’s Sunday evening and I just wanted to remind you that the next block of 5 Nia classes starts tomorrow evening at the Pioneering Care Centre. We had a week off last week for the Bank Holiday, so I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone again. No need to book. Just turn up a few minutes early if you can. More details below and on the classes and events page.
Nia move of the week – Travelling in Directions
Move around the room, consciously changing direction every few steps, moving the position of your whole body at once. To reinforce the mind-body connection, think about the move in advance. Lead each change of direction with your eyes.
Helps keep your body agile and able to change direction with ease.
