For the first time in years I have found a form of exercise that suits me.  The constructed programme of easy-to-follow gentle flowing movements to music has had a dramatic effect on my flexibility. During the routine every part and joint in your body is worked on.

Nia has helped me in a combination of ways. It has lifted my spirit, helped me to focus on me and my body, plus I have met a lively group of ladies. The fun element gives me a boost and a zest that other forms of exercise don’t do for me. I regularly exercise via Pilates and Nordic Walking however, Nia is the most enjoyable. My flexiblity has much improved and the medical problems I have (back, neck, hips and vertigo) do not seem to be affected in any way with this mode of exercise as it’s targetted at your own pace.
